If any role is of interest TheJobPost charges a 'one off' fixed fee to recruiters to purchase that job. Once the job has been purchased you are able to submit your relevant candidates (however many) directly to the hiring manager, initiating a new client relationship and retaining the full fee on success without any split fee arrangements.

Tier 1

Purchasing in Tier 1 gives you access to vacancies as one of two recruiters from the date an employer posts their job on the site.

Tier 2

After five working days, vacancies are released to Tier 2 allowing a further three recruiters to purchase an employers job on the site.
