Michelle Watson is TheJobPost's Sales Director. Her role is to co-ordinate sales strategy and develop market penetration.

She initially trained as an accountant with Barclays and Cable and Wireless before joining Michael Page International as a recruitment consultant in 1995.

Michelle progressed through the business working within different brands before eventually becoming Managing Director of Page Personnel Finance.

Over the last fifteen years Michelle has held responsibility for 12 geographically spread locations and over 85 fee earners. Her clients have included small SME's through to large corporate organisations and she has personally project managed a number of large company relocation projects.

In her spare time she is learning to play golf and attempting to develop a love of the gym. In her own words 'neither particularly successfully'.
