John Paul is a co-founder and the chief executive of TheJobPost. He is responsible for sales and growth of TheJobPost and ensuring that the technology and strategic positioning of the company maintains its cutting edge.

Previously, John Paul was the founder and managing director of an accountancy and finance recruitment business in the West Midlands which he ran for five years before focusing on TheJobPost as a unique new venture.

John Paul has over ten years experience in the recruitment sector and has a proven track record in sales, delivery and consultancy whilst establishing a successful recruitment business which was shortlisted as the best newcomer in 2006 at the UK Recruiter Awards.

In his early career, John Paul worked for Hilton International, Manpower and Michael Page International in various recruitment positions servicing clients across the business spectrum, from blue-chip firms to SMEs and owner managed businesses.

In his spare time John Paul enjoys weekends with his family, keeping fit, socialising and football (he is a Birmingham City fan which apparently counts).
