Gary Watson is TheJobPost chairman guiding the direction and approach of the business.

He has been a professional recruiter for over 25 years and was formerly a managing director at Michael Page International where he led the development of what is now the UK’s foremost finance recruitment business.

Gary has been a part of recruitment’s transition from a young industry providing a niche service, to its present day position as a prominent service industry performing an essential role in UK business, industry and public sector.

In his spare time, Gary travels widely and is improving his spoken French. Unsurprisingly for a career recruiter, he is also a golf enthusiast.
