About Us

TheJobPost has been created by a group of business professionals with backgrounds in recruitment, technology, finance and marketing. The breadth of our expertise both within and outside the recruitment industry has enabled us to develop a completely new approach to recruitment. Our new concept is based on a real-world commercial attitude and an informed view of the challenges facing modern recruitment, combined with the technical expertise to create a modern solution. We have employed the leading supplier of analytical software for CV interpretation and incorporated this within our own custom-built online work platform. Our system has been developed over a two year period and features elements which are unique to TheJobPost.

Our business is partner-managed and at the time of writing, our principal focus is professional-level recruitment in the UK, although our long-term strategy includes international growth.

We are a business-to-business enterprise, connecting employers with recruitment consultancies. Our primary role is to facilitate the flow of talent, in the form of candidates for professional roles, to employers. Candidates are in every case, represented by our recruiters (the recruitment consultancies registered with TheJobPost). Candidates who approach us directly are advised to register with one of our recruiters.

We are a completely independent business with no direct affiliation to any recruitment firm. All of our registered recruitment consultancies operate with equal ranking. Their profitability on our platform is entirely merit based and reliant on the quality of their candidates and the consultancies’ ability to assess and represent those candidates.
